Healing waters & thermal baths
Background: While searching for oil in 1937/38, thermal water was discovered during test drilling, but initially no attention was paid to it.
In the 1950s, spa operations began at the current location of Therme 1. Gradually, two more thermal baths were added.
The healing water is pumped to the surface at a temperature of 56°C from a depth of 1,000 meters. What makes Bad Füssing's thermal water unique is its composition of minerals, dissolved salts, and sulfur.
Thermal water has been shown to have a healing effect on conditions such as rheumatism, osteoarthritis, stress, and psychosomatic disorders.

Spa gardens
Nearby is the professionally landscaped spa gardens, a place to relax and unwind. Here you can admire numerous flowers and plant species on large green spaces.
The informative herb garden, which contains various home remedies for a range of illnesses, is particularly interesting.
There are also pondswhere various species of fish and plants can be found.
The spa gardens are also barrier-free and ideal for walking.

Cinemas, casino and spa orchestra in the spa gardens
A few hundred meters away from our apartment house there is a cinema. There is also another cinema in the big event hall.
The Bad Füssing casino is also located in the spa gardens.
In addition to its legendary healing waters, the spa orchestra is another hallmark of Bad Füssing. Its repertoire includes various musical genres and melodies known from musicals, operas, and operettas, among other sources. Spa forest
Adjacent to the spa gardens is the spa forest, where you can enjoy extensive walking and jogging.
The spa forest has now also been designated a healing forest. Clean air and the forest climate help visitors to regenerate and relax. Various programs are offered, including forest bathing / Shinrin Yoku.

Leisure park
Other attractions in Bad Füssing include the leisure park with its duck pond, large children's playground, and the Bad Füssing flower hedge, which is an ideal spot for taking photos.
The rose garden there contains various varieties that you can marvel at and admire, and their variety of scents is impressive.

Swimming at the outdoor pool
During the summer months, the outdoor pool is perfect for swimming. In addition to a spacious children's area, there is a large water slide, a small wave slide, a diving pool, and a lazy river.
Jogging, walking, and meditation in the spa forest

Hiking
Bad Füssing offers a variety of hiking trails and routes. These lead through forests and nature reserves, among other places.
The floodplains of the Inn River with the Inn River Dam near Würding are recommended.

Cycling
Bad Füssing offers an ideal environment for cycling, thanks to its well-developed cycle paths and flat terrain.

Golf
The thermal spa golf course offers you the opportunity to play golf on an 18-hole championship course.
The 90-hectare golf course is located between Bad Füssing and Kirchham.

A yoga program is offered regularly in spring and summer under professional guidance, which takes place outdoors when the weather is suitable.

Chess and Bocce in the spa gardens
There are several large chess boards and bocce courts in the spa gardens. Use of these facilities is free of charge, and there are several seating areas for spectators nearby. Additional bocce balls can be borrowed.
Table tennis at the leisure park
There are two public table tennis tables in the leisure park where you can play table tennis free of charge. Seating for spectators or for taking a short break is also available right next door.
Exercise trail in the leisure park
There are exercise trails in the leisure park. There you can train your strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination.
The facility is a mix of an outdoor gym and an adventure park.
Dancing
Dance programs are held regularly in the big event hall located in the spa gardens. Information on dates can be found under „All events“.
Bad Füssing also has several dance clubs where you can dance and party late into the night. In addition to colorful music mixes from DJs, some clubs also offer live music.
Morning exercises
A morning exercise program takes place regularly in the spa gymnastics hall.

Ice rink at the spa plaza
In winter, there is a small ice rink on the spa square. In addition to music, there is also a small penguin-shaped skating aid for beginners.
